BioEFA™ by 4Life Transfer Factor^® is rich on high Omega 3 fatty acids. Amont per daily serving: 1030 mg high quality Fish Oil, 266 mg Flax Seed Oil, 186 mg Borage Seed Oil, 158 mg Safflower Seed Oil. 

Ingredients: Fish oil, flax (Linum usitatissimum) seed oil, borage (Borago officinalis) seed oil, safflower (Carthamus tinctorius) seed oil, gelatine, coating agent (glycerin), water and preservative (tocopherol-rich extract).

Directions: Take two (2) capusles daily (one in the morning and one in the evening) with a glass of water
